All of our grazing tables not only maintain the right balance of colour and texture, but also use fresh and locally produced ingredients wherever possible. Including Tasmanian and International soft white cheese, breads, dips, antipasto, charcuterie, crackers, fresh fruit in season such as, apricots,cherries, raspberries, nectarines and plums.

Delicious Finger Food
Our Finger food varieties are countless that can be customised according to your needs. Choose from a range of ideas for your event including:
- Caramelised onion and Goat curd tarts are a favourite . Puff pastry filled with sticky sweet onion, topped with velvety Tasmanian goat curd….delicious.
- Spinach and Feta filo, always homemade fresh, served with a Spivey eggplant and Greek yoghurt dipping sauce.
- Charcuterie platter topped with layers of Fennel Salami, Cassalinger, Homemade Terrine, Pate, Salami skewers layered with Boccino cheese, basil and cherry tomatoes.
- Antipasto platter, piled high with all Sharon’s favourites, pickled mushrooms, olives, dolmades, stuffed bell peppers, Gerkins, marinated eggplant….
- Homemade boozy pear jars.

We offer a wide range of salads and hot dishes to choose from. This can include vegetarian, meat and seafood options.
Desserts & Cakes
Give a sweet ending to all your events by choosing Bille & Brie’s special desserts! Such as:
- Savoury Cheesecakes are one of our specialities. Cheeses topped with fresh, marinated figs or grapes and muscatels, pickled cherries and dried rose petals.
- Triple Cream Brie topped with Camembert.
- Hard cheddar layered into a tower with Smoked Cheddar, Brie and then Blue Cheese or a lovely Tasmanian Zoe, Goat Cheese from Tongola…
- Sweet tarts filled with chocolate Grenache topped with seasonal fruits. Lemon Curd and double cream tartlets are always a favourite too.
